Scope

  • TASK-CODE-001: 상태기계 모듈 추가
  • TASK-CODE-002: HardStop/BE/ATR/모델보조 청산 결합
  • TASK-CODE-003: kill switch 오케스트레이터 추가(risk_manager.py 미수정)

Validation

  • 신규 단위 테스트 추가
  • pytest -q

Notes

  • 문서 체계: docs/ouroboros/* 기준
  • runtime verifier 단계는 구현 후 운영검증으로 진행
