Summary

  • Move root CLAUDE.md content into root agents.md
  • Keep CLAUDE.md as a lightweight pointer to agents.md
  • Add explicit Claude/Codex workflow gate guidance in agents.md so both agents consistently follow project process docs

Why

  • Consolidate agent entrypoint and reduce duplicated guidance
  • Make workflow preflight references explicit at the top-level agent guide

Scope

  • Root docs only (CLAUDE.md, agents.md)
  • No runtime logic changes
